The land of my ancestors, the Emerald Isle and Brown Trout. Labrador

Chile

I compare it to fishing Montana 50 years ago. No big houses on the banks of the rivers, no posted streams and Rainbows and Browns of immense proportions on dry flies.  This is some of the finest fishing I have ever seen.  Since going there the first time in 2005, I've been back every year and have fished the Lake District down to Patagonia.  Along the way I have met some great people and wonderful lodges to stay in and fish out of.

The La Paloma River Lodge is in the same area as El Patagon and is built for six anglers.  It is located on the  Paloma River.
